RoutinePro ("the App") is a habit and routine tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and your choices. RoutinePro is built around a simple principle: your routine data belongs on your device, not on a server.
RoutinePro does not use a login or account system, and RoutinePro does not operate any backend server that stores your personal data. All of the following information is created and stored only on your device, using local on-device storage:
None of this data is transmitted to, or stored on, any RoutinePro server, because no such server or account system exists. We (the developer) cannot see, access, back up, or recover this data — it exists solely on your device.
RoutinePro does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
RoutinePro requests notification permission so it can schedule local reminders for your routines and gently re-notify you if a routine becomes overdue. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device by the operating system's local notification scheduler. No reminder content, schedule, or notification data is sent to any external server. You can disable notification permission at any time from your device settings; doing so will simply stop reminders from appearing.
RoutinePro displays advertising banners and occasional, checkpoint-based interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob, the only third-party service integrated into the App. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process information such as an advertising identifier and certain device and usage data. Where required by platform rules (for example, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, or the equivalent consent mechanism on Android), you will be asked for consent before any data is used to personalize ads; if you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.

RoutinePro is a general-audience productivity and wellness utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not require an account and stores data only locally, no personal profile of a child is created or transmitted by the App itself. If you believe a child has provided personal information through third-party advertising services in a manner inconsistent with applicable law (such as COPPA), please contact us using the information below so we can take appropriate action.

Because RoutinePro does not hold your personal data on any server, the App itself gives you direct and immediate control over your data at all times: you can access, review, export (where available), and delete your local data simply by using or uninstalling the App. There is no separate account deletion request process, because there is no account. Any rights relating to data processed by Google AdMob should be exercised through Google's own privacy controls and settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
