SoundBoostX (the "Service") values the personal information of its users, and provides the following Privacy Policy in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Service does not require a separate registration process, and does not directly collect personally identifiable information, such as name, phone number, or email address, that could identify a user.
Setting information such as the equalizer values configured by the user within the Service, selected presets, and saved custom presets is stored only in local storage on the user's device (such as SharedPreferences) and is not transmitted to the service provider's servers or stored externally.
The Service uses Google AdMob to provide banner and interstitial advertisements to free users. Google AdMob may collect and process the following information in order to deliver personalized advertising and measure advertising performance.

Users can reset their Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising (disable ad personalization) directly from their device's settings menu.

Since the Service does not separately store on its servers any personal information capable of identifying users, the concept of a retention period for personal information does not apply.
The user's equalizer and preset setting information is deleted from the user's device as soon as the user resets the in-app settings or deletes the app.
In principle, the Service does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, information independently collected by Google AdMob for the purpose of providing advertising services is processed within the scope set forth in "2. Information Collection through the Advertising Service" above.
This Service is not primarily directed at children under the age of 14, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service is designed so that user setting information is stored only in local storage on the device, minimizing the risk of leakage over external networks, and the Service is maintained and managed in a development environment that reflects the latest security updates.
This Policy may be revised in accordance with changes in applicable laws, policies, or the content of the Service, and any such changes will be announced through an in-app notice or a similar method.
